After ignoring neighbors & using a knife to cut dandelions on their lawn, police were called to settle the dispute with this 87 year old woman. As a Syrian Immigrant who doesn't speak English, she failed to understand police commands regarding the knife. Her family insists she has dementia, and also claims she relives the experience every day.
